Eventually I manage to create the blog spot for myself!!  Let the games begin!
Hopefully this will be a lovely entertaining journey for me and my kids!
Living in different parts of the world make this blog-spot a wonderful tool
to enjoy some quality-share time together!

Yesterday:
I saw the doctor, hopefully i will start sorting out my diet issues! Life must be
more fun that this.....!!!! Any way it became clear during my discussion with him
that my main problem -constipation- is caused by taking calsium supplements!
Calsium supplement I must take, because of HypoThyroidism!! Thus i must adapt
or die!!! the 1st option is my choice!
